Beaches in Ibiza
Figueretas
Accessible from the city centre, Figueretes Beach is formed of several inlets skirted by a boardwalk, along which you can find hotels, bars and restaurants, as well as painters and craftspeople showing their work.
This beach is located near the city centre. You can go there by public transportation, on foot or riding a bicycle. It has 450 metres long and 25 metres wide. Since it is protected from the wind, it is an excellent place to sunbathe and swim.
Talamanca
Talamanca Beach borders the Bay next to the harbour. It is separated by an isthmus, where the Botafoch lighthouse is located. It has the advantage of being near the city centre but offering a paradisiacal landscape. Always protected from the wind, it has thin natural sand. It is 900 metres long (the longest in the municipality) and 25-30 metres wide.

In addition, this beach offers many services, what makes it a nice and convenient place, excellent for dinghy sailing. It can be accessed by public transport, car, bicycle, or even on foot. Another popular form of transport is the so called “barca de Talamanca”, a boat that takes you to this beach from the Eivissa harbour.
Playa d'en Bossa
It is the longest of the island and it goes from Eivissa´s municipality to that of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Its orientation and its opened structure make it fit for practicing water sports and it offers a wide range of services. It is very tourist and popular among residents of the area due to its size and its location.
